BWT Financial is a locally owned firm of wealth managers based in Rotorua.

Our Team
Danielle Auld
Managing Director / Financial Adviser
Danielle has been working in the financial services industry for over 19 years in Edinburgh, London and New Zealand. Danielle spent five years specialising in providing investment advice to Entrepreneurs at Coutts & Co in London and assisted with several business exits during this time. She then went on to manage a department of Wealth Managers at Coutts. Now based in Rotorua, Danielle is a Financial Adviser specialising in Investment advice.
Danielle is passionate about helping people and enjoys building a deep understanding of her clients’ needs through long term relationships. A Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors, she is a Director of Rotorua Regional Airport Limited and Chair of their Audit & Risk Committee, and a Crown appointed member of the Financial Advisers Disciplinary Committee for New Zealand. Danielle is also involved with a number of charitable organisations.
Lisa Apperley
Administration Support
Lisa has been working for BWTL Advisory since 2013, where her roles include administration support, running payrolls and AML/CFT Compliance Officer. Since 2020 she has also been working for BWT Financial as the AML/CFT Officer and administration support.
Originally hailing from the North of England, Lisa has called New Zealand home for over 30 years now. With her most of her children now having flown the coop, she loves catching up with them, walking and swimming and generally being out and about in our beautiful country. She’s hanging out for a time when she can travel again to catch up with family overseas.
